Congress Participation

  • You may pay the registration fee after your paper has been accepted.
  • 1 Eylül 2026 katılım bedelinin ödenmesi için son gündür.
  • The participant’s “Name-Surname and Paper Code” must be included in the description section of the bank receipt.
  • Lütfen dekontu academicianstudies@gmail.com adresine gönderiniz.

Participation Fee

  • The fee is 100 USD / 100 EUR for each paper.
  • The fee for participants from Türkiye is 4,000 TL.
  • The fee for members of the Academic Studies Group is 3,000 TL.
  • The Certificate of Participation can be downloaded from the system after the presentation has been delivered.
  • All abstracts will be published in the conference abstract book, and there are opportunities for publication in SCOPUS, TRDizin, and international journals.
  • Our congress has been designed to be indexed in WoS. All processes will be carried out accordingly, and an application will be submitted to WoS.
